He is also a practicing professional geotechnical engineer with a civil engineering degree from Oregon State University. He is currently enrolled in the MA in theological studies program at Fuller Seminary.

He is a thoughtful speaker, impassioned worship leader, creative mentor, faithful intercessor, and aspiring practical theologian. He has a vision to love Jesus well, plant churches, and write to inspire the next generation of Jesus loving disciples.
On an off day, Andrew might be flying fishing for rainbows on a clear mountain creek. He also enjoys gardening unique plants, playing guitar in the man cave, or making tasty food over an open flame in the Robinson’s backyard.

HEATHER ROBINSON
Senior Leader
Heather embarked on one of her greatest adventures when she joined the church-planting team to Walla Walla in 2004, having now been a senior leader since 2010. She is thrilled at the possibilities found in knowing God through a deeply-formed spirituality and is honored to curate formational practices at Crazy Love that lead to a rich life in him. This includes such wonders as the leadership of Jesus, interpretative practices of Scripture, friendship with the Holy Spirit, and engaging a Rule of Life. Filled with a contagious hope, she preaches, teaches, and journeys alongside the people and leaders of Crazy Love.
Heather graduated from Fuller Seminary with a Master of Arts in global leadership in pursuit of making space for celebration and empowerment of all ethnic groups at Crazy Love. She is ecstatic over Crazy Love’s discipleship program for emerging leaders, which she developed and oversees, that teaches biblical and healthy leadership practices while focusing on leading in a diverse context. This pursuit has also taken her to countries around the globe working with local believers and pastors to share about the beautiful Gospel of Jesus Christ. She is married to Andrew, and they have a teenage daughter, middle-school son, and two spoiled dogs. She loves to tease her children, read, sing, play with the dogs, and spend time camping in their 2006 Palomino Tent Trailer affectionately known as, “Pal”.

ZOEY SMITH
Church Administrator
If you’ve ever gotten an email from Crazy Love, chances are, it was signed, “Love, Zoey.” As church administrator, Zoey handles the bulk of church-wide communication. She also helps us get where we’re going, supporting Crazy Love’s vision and mission through various behind-the-scenes admin projects. Zoey’s been part of our church community since 2005 when she and her husband, Josh were students at Whitman College. Today, her hope is that everyone who comes to Crazy Love would know (and feel) they are part of the family: included, celebrated, and supported.
Zoey values being teachable and believes everyone is growing, no matter their age. When she’s not at work summarizing sermons, making lists, or fixing printers, she can be found playing with toddlers at our local community college, reading with her kids, or plunking around on the piano.

MIKA MEANS
Bookkeeper and Graphic Designer
Mika’s attention to detail and value for creativity and excellence serve her in her dual roles as Crazy Love’s Bookkeeper and Graphic Designer. As bookkeeper, her dedication, integrity and attention to detail are vital to Crazy Love’s daily operations, enabling us to steward our resources wisely, maintain accurate records, and live out our shared mission. She brings her training and experience as a professional artist to her role as Graphic Designer as she oversees Crazy Love’s visual identity in all its various forms, from the website and printed media to interior and building design.
Originally from Oahu, Hawaii, Mika has been part of the community of Crazy Love since 2004 when she was a student at Whitman College. She has been deeply rooted in the Crazy Love family ever since. In addition to her staff positions, she also serves on Crazy Love’s Senior Leadership team, preaching team, worship team and leads a LifeGroup with her husband Peter. In her free time, she loves to explore the wonders of the Pacific Northwest with her family and their pop-up trailer. She finds deep joy in live music, tasty food and riding her bike through the wheatfields of Walla Walla.
OUR LEADERS
SENIOR LEADERSHIP TEAM (SLT)

FROM LEFT TO RIGHT: Kendal Robinson, Anne Robinson, Andrew Robinson, Heather Robinson, Peter Means, Mika Means
Crazy Love Church aims to establish a well-structured, compassionate, and supportive governance framework inspired by the New Testament model. Within this structure, one of the roles is that of Overseer.
The Senior Leadership Team (SLT) serves as the Board of Overseers for Crazy Love Church. Overseers are chosen and appointed by the Executive Council and provide leadership and spiritual guidance to the Senior Leaders and the Church as referenced in Acts 6:2-7, 1 Timothy 3:1-7, and Titus 1:5-9. These individuals fulfill the scriptural criteria outlined by the apostle Paul in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9. The SLT may also include an Advisory Council, consisting of individuals who are training to potentially become Overseers.
The primary responsibility of the Overseers is to foster and guide a spiritually nurturing environment within the Church through prayer, biblical study, and Christ-centered leadership, enabling the congregation to grow in faith and effectively share Christ’s message. For example, an Overseer might lead a weekly LifeGroup or organize prayer meetings to foster the congregation’s spiritual growth. Additionally, the Overseers provide counsel, support, and assistance to the Senior Leaders. They are also tasked with offering strategic oversight for Crazy Love’s vision: “to love Jesus above all, be loved by him, and love as he loves.” This vision is central to all activities and decisions within the Church, ensuring that every action aligns with these core values.
